We accept desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, and tablets. Devices should be no more than 8 years old and still functional. We also accept peripherals in good condition.

All devices are securely wiped using industry-standard software (NIST 800-88 or DoD 5220.22-M compliant). We provide certificates of data destruction upon request and maintain full device audit logs.

Yes, we provide acknowledgment letters, impact summaries, and optional device-level donation tracking to support your CSR or sustainability reporting.

We can arrange local pickup in Canberra and assist with coordinating transport from other locations for larger donations.
